Lunar New Year Celebration

We cordially invite all masters, instructors, Vovinam students, friends, and family to join us for a Lunar New Year’s Gathering to celebrate the new year with happiness and hope. The Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo Federation of Western United States will be organizing a Lunar New Year’s Gathering with the aim of bringing together all of Vovinam masters, instructors, students, friends and family to “strengthening the bonds of Vovinam practitioners” and to enjoy each other’s company.

Fundraising Campaign

Since 2000, Vovinam of San Diego has served our community as a volunteer-based, non-profit martial arts program dedicated to building strong generations of children, youth, and families. Through Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo, we offer free year-round classes at Linda Vista Recreation Center that promote discipline, self-defense, perseverance, and a noble, non-violent spirit. A modest $30 annual membership contribution helps support community events, equipment, and program operations. Your tax-deductible support allows us to continue nurturing positive values and cultural pride across San Diego.

Collection of Annual Fee (Niên Liễm) for VVN VVĐ FWUS

The fee will be used by Liên Đoàn (our Federation) and Tổng Liên Đoàn (World Federation) to fund Vovinam-related activities such as our picnic, performance, belt test promotion, tournament, etc.).

📱 VovinamUnited – Preserving Tradition, Building Carefully

We are also continuing development of VovinamUnited (Alpha) — a community-driven mobile platform designed to help students and instructors learn authentic Vovinam techniques, follow clear training paths by belt level, and strengthen unity across our art.

Android and iOS testers are welcome. Whether you are a student, instructor, or master, your perspective is valuable as we build this carefully and intentionally for the long term.
